PIL Player of the Week:  Zach Adam

(July 7, 2006)Zach Adam’s bat was on fire this past week resulting in an impressive 4 game homerun streak. As of June 30th Adam was 7-15 in his last 4 games. This 6’4”, 220 lb infielder is not stranger to success, attending Lewis-Clark State College this past year after two years playing at Everett Community College. At ECC Adam was team captain, and named second team all-league. In 2005 Adam hit .353 with 32 RBI. With a performance like last week’s, Adam is a pitcher’s worst nightmare.
