Anderson Named All American

June 16, 2021: Seattle Studs infielder Chase Anderson (Pacific University) was recently named to the 2021 All-America second team.   

Chase started 47 games for the Boxers hitting .414 (70-169) with a 1.248 OPS.  He had 28 extra base hits (13 doubles, 6 triples and 9 home runs) and drove in 39 runs.  The Boxers finish the season with a 34-15 record which is their best record and win percentage since electronic tracking began in 2000.

So far in five games with the Studs, he has continued his hot hitting. Currently he is batting .350 (7-40). Chase also played in the Pacific International League with Highline Bears in 2018.
